Job Title: Senior Python Backend Engineer

Role Summary

- Build and scale backend systems + APIs
- Own production-grade services (not just coding)
- Work in distributed, cloud-native environments

Core Responsibilities

- Design REST APIs and backend architecture
- Develop high-performance, scalable Python services
- Optimize database queries and system performance
- Deploy and manage services using CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- Debug production issues (not just dev environment)

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years backend development using Python
- Strong in OOP, data structures, system design
- Hands-on with FastAPI / Django / Flask
- Experience with REST API design
- Strong DB knowledge: MSSQL / PostgreSQL
- Version control: Git




- Containerization: Docker
- CI/CD pipelines experience
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong debugging + problem-solving ability

Good to Have (Differentiators)

- Experience with AI agents / LLM integrations
- Exposure to Generative AI use cases
- Experience in scaling systems (high load / distributed)
