Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong experience in timesheet management, invoicing, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with US clients and managing end-to-end financial operations, including reporting and incentive calculations. Key Responsibilities Manage timesheet validation and processing to ensure accuracy and timely approvals Generate and send client invoices based on approved timesheets and contracts Perform regular follow-ups with clients on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections Maintain and track AR aging reports and highlight overdue accounts Handle cash application and reposting of payments in accounting systems Prepare and analyze profitability reports (client/project-wise)



Calculate and process employee incentives/commissions based on defined structures Support preparation of company financial reports and assist in month-end closing Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles Robust knowledge of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation Experience working with US clients (mandatory) Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar) Good understanding of financial reporting and profitability analysis Excellent communication skills for client coordination and follow-ups Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
