Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As our Junior Marketing Analyst, you will be the guardian of our marketing budget. You‘ll combine deep-dive SEO analytics with sharp performance marketing insights to ensure every rupee spent on ads and every hour spent on content results in more trekkers on the trail. Daily responsibilities include analyzing key performance metrics, assisting in formulating marketing strategies, tracking sales data, and communicating trends and insights to the team.
Key Responsilibities:
Paid Media Analysis: Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You’ll track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and CTR
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the journey from ‘Ad Click‘ to ‘Booking Confirmed.‘ You will identify where potential trekkers are dropping off in the booking funnel and suggest improvements.
Performance Tracking : Use GA4 to attribute revenue to specific campaigns.
You‘ll distinguish between ‘First Click‘ (how they found us) and ‘Last Click‘ (what made them book).
SEO & Market Intelligence: Conduct keyword research to find ‘high-intent‘ search terms to fuel both organic SEO and paid Search campaigns.
Budget Allocation: Provide data-backed recommendations on where to shift budget.
A/B Testing & Creative Analysis: Work with the design team to test which ad creatives (videos vs. photos) perform better for specific demographics.
You‘re a Great Fit if:
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital analytics
Demonstrated ability to manage paid campaigns and report on key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
