Role Overview

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and grow our network of digital creators and influencers. This role involves creator onboarding, brand collaborations, campaign coordination, and influencer relationship management across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

(Note: This role focuses on managing digital creators and influencers for brand collaborations.)

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Campaign Management

- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief to execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Work closely with brands and internal teams for smooth execution

Creator Partnerships & Onboarding

- Identify and onboard relevant creators and influencers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent
- Support creators in campaign execution and growth





Pitching & Coordination

- Assist in pitching creators for brand collaborations
- Coordinate between creators, brands, and internal teams
- Ensure timely communication and delivery

Research & Trends

- Track social media trends and emerging creators
- Identify new collaboration opportunities

Requirements:

- 0–2 years experience in influencer marketing / social media / creator management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer campaigns
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
