We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Executive with strong expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for a direct client-facing individual contributor role. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, client communication, reporting, and performance optimization.
This role requires deep hands-on experience in Pardot, a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with discipline and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Execution and Operational Excellence
- Execute end-to-end email and B2B marketing campaigns using Pardot (Account Engagement)
- Manage campaign setup including segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and QA
- Ensure accuracy across targeting, personalization, tracking, and suppression logic
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign, automation, and data-related issues
- Maintain high quality assurance standards and ensure timely campaign delivery
- Track and analyze campaign performance (opens, CTR, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and form handlers with proper tracking and completion actions
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, and sender reputation to ensure compliance and performance
Marketing Automation & Process Optimization
- Build and optimize automation rules, dynamic lists, and segmentation strategies
- Design and execute lead nurturing programs using Engagement Studio
- Implement and manage lead scoring and grading models
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
2) Platform Management
? Pardot (Core Platform Capabilities)
- Manage Engagement Studio programs (lead nurturing journeys)
- Create and manage email templates and campaign sends
- Build and maintain static and dynamic lists
- Configure segmentation rules and automation rules
- Manage completion actions and page actions
- Create and maintain forms, form handlers, and landing pages
- Manage prospect lifecycle and activity tracking
? Salesforce CRM Integration
- Ensure seamless sync between Pardot and Salesforce
- Manage alignment between Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, and Opportunities
- Support sales and marketing handoff processes (MQL → SQL)
- Maintain data consistency, field mappings, and governance across systems
- Troubleshoot sync issues and ensure data accuracy between platforms
? Data Management & Governance
- Maintain data hygiene, including deduplication and data standardization
- Ensure accurate segmentation and audience targeting
- Support personalization through dynamic content and data structuring
- Monitor and improve overall data quality to support marketing effectiveness
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with A/B testing (subject lines, email content, send times)
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and integration with analytics tools
- Ability to document processes, workflows, and best practices
3) Client Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients on campaign execution and strategy
- Manage expectations on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Provide structured updates and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, QA, development)
4) Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance across channels
- Monitor KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention
- Build dashboards and performance reports
- Provide actionable insights for campaign and journey optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation analysis
5) Ownership and Remote Working Discipline
- Work effectively in a remote setup with strong self-discipline and accountability
- Demonstrate ownership of timelines, deliverables, communication, and execution quality
- Maintain proactive follow-up, transparency, and responsiveness
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Expertise in:
- Engagement Studio (lead nurturing programs)
- Automation Rules and Segmentation Rules
- List management (Dynamic and Static)
- Email marketing, template creation,
and campaign execution
- Forms, form handlers, and landing pages
- Lead scoring and grading models
Platform & Integration Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of B2B lead lifecycle and funnel management
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing alignment processes
- Experience with campaign tracking and attribution models
- Hands-on experience integrating Pardot with Salesforce
Additional Technical Capabilities
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Basic knowledge of AMPscript and SQL (nice to have)

Qualifications

- Relevant hands-on experience and certification will carry higher weight than academic specialization
Experience Required
- 3.5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign execution in Pardot
- Prior experience in a direct client-facing role is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a remote environment will be an added advantage

- Strong in campaign execution, automation workflows, and reporting
- Experience managing end-to-end campaign, Canvas delivery
