We’re expanding our design team! We're looking for an Architectural Manager to lead high-rise residential & commercial projects and manage a dynamic team at FHD India Consultants LLP.

Role: Architectural Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

What You’ll Do

- Lead & mentor a team of architects and designers.
- Manage 3–4 high-rise projects simultaneously.
- Review & guide design, detailing, drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to project budgets.
- Drive presales support: presentations, proposals, design demos.
- Oversee approvals, documentation, and design process standards.

Requirements

- B.Arch / M.Arch, with 10+ years in an architectural firm.




- Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray & design tools.
- Solid leadership, communication & project management skills.
