Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients as per hospital protocols
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing records
Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices
Educate patients and attend to their needs with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with duty doctors and other departments for seamless patient care
Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adequate stock of consumables

Requirements
Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (TNNC) registration




Valuable communication and patient-handling skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills
ICU / ER / Ward experience preferred
Strong patient care & counselling skills
Excellent bedside nursing practices

Job Description:
Prepare and maintain OT as per sterility and infection control protocols
Assist surgeons during procedures and handle instruments safely
Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables
Verify patient consent, case sheets, and pre-operative checklists
Monitor patient vitals during procedures and report any abnormalities
Maintain OT documentation and follow hospital protocols
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team for smooth case flow

Requirements:
GNM / B.Sc Nursing
OT experience preferred
Knowledge of OT protocols, sterility standards & patient safety
Willing to work in shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
