Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketplace Performance Marketing Executive with a primary mastery of the Amazon ecosystem. This role is for an execution-focused professional who understands that Amazon's success requires a "Flywheel" approach—balancing aggressive Paid Ads (AMS) with strategic Organic Visibility (SEO) .
While your core focus will be Amazon, experience with other marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit) is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising (Primary Focus)
- Full-Funnel Management: Plan and execute Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Profitability First: Manage daily bids and budgets to achieve strict ACOS and TACoS targets.
- Advanced Optimization: Conduct deep-keyword harvesting, competitor conquesting, and placement-level optimizations.
- Product Launch Strategy: Execute "honeymoon period" strategies for new launches to gain rapid traction.
Amazon Organic & SEO (Primary Focus)
- Listing Excellence: Optimize titles, bullet points, and backend search terms to dominate organic rankings.
- Brand Presence: Oversee A+ Content and Brand Store updates to improve Conversion Rates (CVR).
- Rank Tracking: Monitor Share of Voice (SoV)
for high-volume keywords and implement recovery plans if rankings dip.
Multi-Marketplace Management (Good to Have)
- Manage secondary marketplace ads (e.g., Flipkart PLA, Myntra Brand Accelerator).
- Adapt Amazon strategies for Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit or Zepto.
- Monitor inventory and health metrics across all active platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
- Proven execution: You have managed real ad budgets and can demonstrate how you scaled a brand profitably on Amazon.
- SEO Knowledge: You know how the Amazon A9/A10 algorithm works and how to optimize listings accordingly.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must. You should be comfortable calculating break-even ROAS and contribution margins.
- Communication: Clear ability to report performance insights to the team and the founder.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Flipkart, Myntra, or Quick Commerce (Blinkit/Zepto).
- Familiarity with tools like Helium10 , Jungle Scout , or Data Studio .
- Agency experience is a strong plus.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You only focus on PPC and ignore the quality of the product listing/images.
- You need a manual to navigate Amazon Seller Central.
- You focus on "increasing spend" without considering the impact on total profitability (TACoS).
