The Role:

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing the collection process for outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the finance and customer service teams to streamline the collection process.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage collections.
Experience in collections or accounts receivable.




Robust negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
