KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication
Support onboarding and maintain records
Assist in HR activities and documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS:*
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proactive mindset with ownership attitude
EXPERIENCE:*
Fresher / 0 years (HR exposure is a plus)
