About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Manager with strong experience in accounts payable and reconciliation processes.

You’ll help us map and structure real-world finance workflows across systems and teams.

What You’ll Do

- Break down invoice processing and reconciliation workflows end-to-end
- Work across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and email communication
- Define how discrepancies are identified and resolved
- Map approval flows and internal coordination processes
- Identify edge cases and common failure scenarios

What We’re Looking For

- 3–8+ years in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP,



NetSuite, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of reconciliation and audit processes
- Detail-oriented with strong process thinking
- Ability to clearly explain workflows and decision logic

Nice to Have

- Experience in high-volume or fast-scaling environments
- Exposure to automation or process optimization initiatives
