Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst (S/4 HANA) on a freelance/contract basis to support procurement, planning, and operations functions.
The role involves managing SAP master data, troubleshooting MRP issues, and supporting engineering and manufacturing workflows including ECN and MBOM activities.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Master Data & MRP
Maintain and update SAP S/4 HANA master data (MRP parameters, lead times, lot sizes)
Troubleshoot and resolve MRP discrepancies and planning exceptions




Monitor MRP runs and perform manual interventions when required
Ensure accuracy of material requirements and availability
Engineering & Manufacturing Support
Support ECN (Engineering Change Notice) execution and updates
Create and maintain MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Procurement & Planning Support
Create manual Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
Analyze supply chain issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure smooth coordination across planning and procurement teams
Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain user training materials
Ensure data governance and adherence to processes
Mandatory Skills
SAP S/4 HANA (Master Data + MRP)
Robust experience in MRP troubleshooting & planning
ECN & MBOM management
Procurement processes (PR creation)
Cross-functional coordination (Engineering / Manufacturing / Supply Chain)
Experience Required
5+ years in SAP Master Data / MRP / Supply Chain roles
