Looking for a Digital Marketing Mentor / Consultant (Student Audience Focus) – RemoteWe are EwayPrint, an online printing company under the registered name Eway World Wide Private Limited, based in Pune. We have an in-house team that executes digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for an experienced performance marketing expert who can guide and mentor our team, especially for targeting student audiences.Responsibilities:Built Strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) Provide guidance on Reddit, Quora, and student-focused platformsSuggest and guide campaigns on blogging websites and platforms commonly used by studentsHelp us build a structured ad funnel and scaling strategyGuide on creatives, messaging, and hooks that resonate with student audiencesConduct weekly review calls and provide actionable feedbackAssist with tracking, analytics, and performance optimizationThis is NOT an execution role.



We need a mentor/consultant who can guide our team and improve performance.Requirements:Proven experience targeting student or youth audiences (education, edtech, colleges, etc.)Robust experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerExperience with Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, and content/blog-based marketing platformsUnderstanding of student behavior, psychology, and online habitsAbility to guide a team and explain strategies clearlyBonus (preferred but not mandatory):Experience with influencer collaborations (student creators)Knowledge of platforms like Medium, student forums, or niche communitiesExperience in edtech or youth-focused productsEngagement:1–2 calls per weekLong-term collaboration preferredPlease share:Case studies (especially student-focused campaigns)Platforms you have worked onResults achieved (CTR, CAC, ROAS, etc.) If you are only exceptionally well in google ads only and have confidence to lead us to outstanding result, we will be excited to have a Business relation with you.
