Role : Product Management Intern – Solar CRM (Eclipse 360)

Location : Remote / Hybrid

Duration : 6 Months (with possible conversion to full-time role)

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a Product Management Intern with strong solar domain knowledge to help shape and enhance features in our Solar CRM. The role involves working closely with product and tech teams to translate real-world solar workflows into scalable product features while engaging with solar EPC clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Understand solar EPC workflows and translate them into CRM features

- Gather and structure requirements from solar clients

- Create product documentation (PRDs, user stories, workflows)

- Support feature design, validation, and testing

- Identify product gaps and suggest improvements

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams

REQUIREMENTS :





- Strong knowledge of the solar industry (EPC lifecycle, components, processes)

- Understanding of CRM/SaaS platforms

- Ability to structure problems and document requirements

- Strong communication and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Background in Renewable Energy / Electrical Engineering / MBA

- Exposure to solar proposals, design, or EPC operations

- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, or similar
