As a Finance Systems Analyst within RWS Business Applications, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting the various legacy Finance System applications as well as the group finance application; MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Job Overview

Our core functions encompass Enterprise & Technical Architecture, Network & Voice, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Data & Analytics, Security & Quality Compliance, Transformation, Application Development, Enterprise Platforms, With a dedicated team of over 500 staff, Product & Technology ensures a strong presence across all regions, enabling efficient and effective support to our global operations. Key Responsibilities





Supporting and maintaining the finance systems Supporting users and providing training around processes and systems Dealing with support desk tickets in a timely manner Creating user accounts for new starters across applications Amending security access for existing users Writing training notes for users Assisting the team with general administrative tasks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Attending workshops and training for MS D365 where applicable Escalate issues to senior members of the team where appropriate Skills & Experience

Extensive experience using/working with Finance System applications Experience working in a finance environment & understanding of finance functions & processes Ideally some experience of SQL and databases Great Plains & MS D365 experience is desirable but not essential MS Office skills, especially MS Excel Life at RWS
