Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern FinTech platforms. You will work across the stack-from high performance Java backends to intuitive React frontends-building secure, resilient, and scalable financial systems.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high impact features while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Backend

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) (JDK 17 & above / Spring Boot 3.X).

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third party systems.

- Ensure security, performance, fault tolerance, and observability, critical to FinTech platforms.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases design efficient data models.

- Proficiency on Message broker like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka.

Frontend

- Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and internal user experiences.

- Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross browser compatibility.

Cloud & DevOps (Plus)

- Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).

- Apply best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and scalability.

Engineering Excellence





- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision making.

- Mentor junior engineers and influence team best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong hands on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture).

- Strong frontend development experience with React.

- Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience building API driven, distributed systems.

- Robust SQL skills and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.

- Familiarity with FinTech-grade concerns: security, performance, compliance, and reliability.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Hands on AWS experience (deployment, services, operations).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.

- Exposure to event driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, and application security best practices.

- Prior experience in payments, banking, trading, or financial platforms.

- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
