AR Caller / Senior AR Caller / Executive AR Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve denials and follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.

Review and work on CMS 1500 / UB-04 claim forms.

Maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken on claims.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when required.

Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) calling process for U.S. healthcare providers.

Work on Physician Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) claims.

Required Skills:





Strong knowledge of CMS 1500 / UB-04 claim forms (preferred).

Hands-on experience in Denial Management.

Good understanding of R2R cycle in Physician Billing (PB) / Hospital Billing (HB).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
