Key responsibilities

- Customer interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Customer support: Provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Information delivery: Explain products, services, or policies to customers clearly.
- Call documentation: Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Sales and upselling: Perform tele-sales activities, including lead generation and upselling products or services when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
