Role:
Manage front desk operations, ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Attend calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide information about rooms, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Maintain records and billing accurately
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in hotel front office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel software & MS Office
- Fluency in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
- Presentable and customer-focused
