Brief Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare sales order in SAP.
- Day to day customer support and complete responsibility for back end order execution and material receipt at customer’s end.
- Follow up with customer for orders, payment, outstanding for all allocated customers.
- Prepare work order and pass it on to factory for production.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Engineering.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically sales support and customer service.
- Working experience in ERP, preferably SAP / SAP Business One.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, modes of transport and trading.
