We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer – Automotive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles to individual and corporate customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare sales reports,
forecasts, and customer records
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle handover
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
