About the Role We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to manage hospital partnerships and oversee day-to-day clinic and operational activities within the assigned zone in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders including:

○Admission In-charge ○ TPA In-charge ○ Inventory Manager

- Coordinate with doctors for smooth OT planning and case execution
- Ensure seamless patient admission and discharge processes

Operations Management

- Oversee documentation and case closure
- Monitor patient inflow and discharge coordination
- Handle patient escalations and ensure high patient satisfaction
- Support AR reconciliation when required in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure smooth zone-wise operational execution

Clinic/ Hospital Operations

- Manage OPD operations and front-desk coordination
- Supervise receptionist communication and patient handling
- Oversee inventory planning and stock management
- Clinic & Hospital Revenue Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments, coordinate with

TPA/billing teams,



and support revenue realization targets.

- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate case documentation, billing records, and

ensure timely closure of operational and financial documents. Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare BD, or clinic management
- Strong relationship management skills within hospital ecosystem
- Valuable understanding of OT coordination and TPA processes
- Experience handling patient escalations and improving patient experience
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
- Familiarity with Bangalore zones (especially Electronic City / Marathahalli/HSR/Bellandur area)

Pay: ₹17,711.86 - ₹35,000.00 per month
