Montessori Teacher – Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our learning community. The ideal candidate is committed to child-centered education and fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in a prepared Montessori workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a warm, engaging, and well-organized Montessori classroom
- Guide children using Montessori principles and materials
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and progress
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Encourage independence, respect, and positive behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with school staff to support program goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
- Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 (12th standard) pass
- Montessori Teacher Training / Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Love for working with young children
- Patience, creativity, and good communication skills
- Prior teaching or childcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory
