Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficiency in accounting processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional capable of overseeing end-to-end financial functions while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and Indian tax laws.Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting team members.





Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.

In-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tally.Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
