Key Responsibilities System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dashboards, and reporting templates.

User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for user queries, resolving data, formula, and access issues.

Model Enhancements: Build and update financial/HR forecasting models and optimize existing structures for better performance.

Data Integration: Manage and validate data flow between Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM/Finance or external ERP systems.

Process Improvement: Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes based on best practices.

Documentation & Training: Create user guides and train end-users on system functionality.
