- *Job Description**

nWe are hiring Customer Service Associates for the International Chat Process. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting international customers through chat and other digital communication channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries through chat and digital communication channels
- Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple chats simultaneously
- *Skills Required:**
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
- *Job Details:**
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.




- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be versatile to work from the office.
- **Relevant experience in international chat process with customer interaction (on papers) is required.**
- *Eligibility Criteria**
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an international chat process
- Age: 18-35 years
- Educational certificates are mandatory
- Candidates must be located within 23 km of the office
- *Salary**

n22,000 to 30,000 Take-Home per month (after deductions)n
- *DOJ** : 6th April 2026
