You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development and contract closure—targeting high-growth tech, fintech, and SaaS companies. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect, pitch, and close new clients; build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client challenges; develop customized proposals that align services with client goals and ROI
- Present Connecttly's services to decision-makers; articulate value proposition and demonstrate case studies and past client success
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation; ensure timely deal closure and smooth handoff to service teams
- Build and maintain client relationships; identify upsell and expansion opportunities; track pipeline and sales metrics using CRM tools
- *What We're Looking For**
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS or digital services sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex services and demonstrate clear ROI to prospects
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional with natural ability to build relationships and navigate sales conversations
- Familiarity with digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth services; understanding of buyer challenges and pain points
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
