- *Key Responsibilities**

nReporting & Dashboardingn
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the PAKS region
- Create dashboards and performance scorecards (Power BI mandatory)
- Publish KPIs, variance reports, and business health metrics

Data Management

n
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems

Business Analysis

n
- Analyse trends, identify anomalies, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Support ad-hoc business requests with quick-turnaround analytics

Stakeholder Coordination

n
- Work closely with field teams for data inputs and metric alignment
- Support leadership with review-ready reports and presentations
- *What Were Looking For**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (mandatory)
- Experience in FMCG (preferred)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and structured thinking
- Robust communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with sales monitoring tools such as Bizom (added advantage)
