This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Safety Skilled based in Bengaluru. The role entails supporting safety-related initiatives, performing risk assessments, conducting investigations of incidents and hazards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities also include assisting in the development of safety policies and procedures, monitoring operational data for safety trends,



and promoting a strong safety culture across all organizational levels. Collaboration with teams across departments to identify and mitigate potential safety risks is a critical aspect of this role. Qualifications

In-depth understanding of aviation safety principles, regulations, and compliance

n

Proficiency in safety risk assessments, hazard identification, and investigations

n

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational data for trend monitoring

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to promote safety awareness and training

n

Proven ability to collaborate across teams and support a culture of safety within an organization

n

Relevant certifications in aviation safety or experience in flight safety operations are a strong advantage

n

Familiarity with aviation safety management systems is beneficial

n

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field preferred
