Supporting and maintaining the finance systemsnSupporting users and providing training around processes and systemsnDealing with support desk tickets in a timely mannernCreating user accounts for new starters across applicationsnAmending security access for existing usersnWriting training notes for usersnAssisting the team with general administrative tasksnContribute to continuous improvement initiativesnAttending workshops and training for MS D365 where applicablenEscalate issues to senior members of the team where appropriatenSkills & Experience

Extensive experience using/working with Finance System applicationsnExperience working in a finance environment & understanding of finance functions & processesnIdeally some experience of SQL and databasesnGreat Plains & MS D365 experience is desirable but not essentialnMS Office skills, especially MS ExcelnLife at RWS
