We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven **Senior AR Data Analyst** to join our Revenue Cycle Management team at a large, multispecialty medical group with 100+ providers across 20 locations in New York.

This is a strategic, high-visibility role for a seasoned RCM analytics professional who can translate complex billing data into actionable insights and directly influence the performance of our billing and A/R teams. This is a **full-time, in-office position** based in **New Delhi**, supporting a large US-based multispecialty medical group. The team works on **US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.**

- *Key Responsibilities**
- *AR Performance Analysis**
- Analyze AR aging across payers, specialties, providers, and locations to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key RCM KPIs: gross collection rate, net collection rate, days in AR, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate,
and aging distribution
- Monitor trends in 30/60/90/120+ day buckets and provide predictive insights on AR risk
- Conduct root cause analysis on claim denials, underpayments, and write-offs to surface systemic issues
- *Strategic Guidance & Best Practices**
- Serve as the analytical authority on AR performance — translate data findings into concrete recommendations for the billing and AR teams
- Benchmark practice performance against industry standards and payer-specific expectations
- Identify revenue leakage across the claim lifecycle (front-end, coding, billing, follow-up) and recommend targeted corrective actions
- Support denial prevention by analyzing denial patterns and working with billing and coding teams on upstream fixes
- Guide prioritization of AR worklists based on dollar value, payer behavior, and recovery probability
- *Reporting & Stakeholder Communication**
- Produce clear, executive-ready AR performance reviews and summaries for leadership and client stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations in a structured, actionable format to both clinical and administrative audiences
- Collaborate with billing team leads to translate analyst insights into daily operational workflows
- Track improvement metrics over time and report on the impact of implemented strategies
- *Systems & Data Management**
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** reporting modules (EBO Reports, AR Aging, Denial Reports at claim and CPT levels)
- Build and maintain SQL queries, Excel/Power BI dashboards, or equivalent reporting tools for ongoing AR visibility
- Ensure data integrity and consistent methodology across reporting outputs
- *Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a strong focus on **AR analytics and reporting**
- Deep understanding of the full RCM cycle: patient access, coding, charge capture, billing, follow-up, and collections
- Proficiency in analyzing denial data, AR aging reports, and payer performance at the claim and CPT level
- Hands-on experience with **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** reporting — strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required;
nexperience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a strong plusn
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, modifier usage, and payer-specific reimbursement policies
- Experience supporting **large multispecialty groups** (50+ providers preferred)
- Proven ability to present data findings and recommendations to clinical and administrative leadership
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with AI-assisted or automated analytics tools in an RCM context
- Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA tools used in billing workflows
- CPC, CPMA, CHDA, or equivalent healthcare coding/analytics certification
