Job Title: Generative AI Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs). You will work on building intelligent applications such as chatbots, copilots, and automation systems that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including safety, bias mitigation, and monitoring





Required Skills

- 5+ years in software development with strong Python expertise
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines

Valuable to Have

- Experience fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
- Knowledge of transformers and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Next.js)
- Experience with real-time AI applications or agents
