Role: Senior Sales Associate

nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Senior Sales Associate** to manage distributor and outlet relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure strong brand visibility across assigned territories.n

Roles & Responsibilities

n

- Book appointments with Distributors
- Taking Demos & Pitching the Brand and Product
- Visiting Outlets
- Hitting Sales Targets ( Daily / weekly / monthly )
- Upselling the existing outlets through consistent follow up & magnetic saleable system
- Hitting the Repeat Order Targets
- Implement Brand Visibility at points like SS / Distributors / Outlets aggressively ( Both shareable online and offline strategies )




- Find new opportunities at existing SS Distributor and outlet points ( Activating Dormant or new existing other product buying customers for them )
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting in all modes
- Collect data from distributors and outets of current purchase behaviours like Momo buying quantity , brands purchased & frequency per month.
- Approved work plan

Experience Required

n
- 3 years to 5 Years experience ( Not more than 2 companies )

Preferred Background

n
- Experience in **HoReCa & Frozen** industry preferred
- Strong understanding of distributor and outlet sales
- Ability to achieve targets and manage client relationships
- Good communication and reporting skills
