Job Title: AI Content Engineer (Video Generation & Creative Automation)

About Us

We are a rapid-growing AI content production agency focused on creating high-end, cinematic content at scale. We specialise in industries such as luxury watches, automotive, and premium brands—combining creative direction with cutting-edge AI tools to produce content faster and more efficiently than traditional production.

We are now looking for an AI Content Engineer to help us build and scale our production pipeline.

The Role

This is not a traditional video editor role.

You will be responsible for executing and optimising AI-driven content workflows—turning creative concepts into high-quality outputs using advanced AI tools.

Your role is to increase output, improve consistency, and reduce production time.

Responsibilities

- Generate AI video content using tools such as Hegosfield, Cinema Studio, and similar platforms
- Execute pre-defined creative concepts and storyboards
- Build and refine prompt frameworks for consistent outputs
- Develop repeatable workflows to increase production speed
- Handle iterations and revisions efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to improve output quality
- Organise and manage assets, outputs,



and versions

Requirements

- Experience with AI content generation tools (video, image, or similar)
- Strong understanding of visual composition and storytelling
- Ability to follow structured workflows and deliver consistently
- High attention to detail and output quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in cinematic or luxury-style content
- Familiarity with prompt engineering
- Background in video editing or motion design
- Experience working remotely with international teams
