Location: Remote (India-Offshore)

Must Have skills: Ariba, API and catalog experience

Reporting To: SAP Lead / Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Ariba modules, SAP S/4HANA integration, and end-to-end procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful Ariba implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

- Lead SAP Ariba implementations and enhancements (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management, SLP)
- Configure solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
- Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA
- Oversee Ariba Network and supplier onboarding

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

- Gather requirements from Procurement, AP, and Contract teams
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Map and optimize procurement processes

Testing & QA

- Execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Identify and resolve defects
- Ensure quality deliverables

Post-Go-Live Support





- Provide hypercare and production support
- Train users and prepare documentation
- Monitor system performance

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management, SLP)
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM
- Strong Ariba–S/4 integration experience
- Expertise in cXML, CIF, Punchout (Level 1 & 2)
- Experience with Ariba Network and supplier enablement
- Knowledge of APIs, CIG, SAP Integration Suite
- Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SAP BTP
- Experience with Joule

Technical Skills

- SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Mgmt, SLP
- Integration: CIG, APIs, IDocs, BAPIs
- ERP: SAP S/4HANA
- Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow
- Documentation: Functional Specs, Test Scripts, UAT Plans
