- *Job Summary**

nAxldrone is looking for an experienced Production / Factory Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations. This role demands robust leadership, operational excellence, and a disciplined approach to execution.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day factory and production operations to ensure smooth and efficient output.
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines and business targets.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and develop production staff, technicians, and supervisors.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality, R&D;, and engineering teams for seamless operations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and factory infrastructure upkeep.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies within the factory.
- Track production KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process automation.
- *Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or factory operations.




- Proven experience in managing factory-floor operations and production teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with production planning, inventory control, and cost management.
- Good knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and best manufacturing practices.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- **Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.**
- Ability to maintain high levels of discipline, accountability, and structured execution.
- Experience in electronics, aerospace, drone manufacturing, or precision engineering is an advantage.
- *Preferred Qualifications**

nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.n

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.

Experience in setting up or scaling manufacturing units is a plus.
