Compensation: Up To 4LPA (Inclusive of Variable Pay + Incentives)

Reporting Team: Reports to Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Experience: 6+ months of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound leads (students and parents), understand their needs through detailed consultations.

- Pitch and sell relevant services with empathy and conviction - every call you make has the potential to change a life.

- Own the sales funnel: manage and nurture your leads, follow up regularly, and close deals.





- Collaborate with marketing and service teams for seamless client onboarding.

- Update CRM systems accurately and submit weekly reports on performance and learning.

- Participate in team sales sprints, campaign brainstorms, and performance reviews.

You Are a Great Fit If You Are:

- A recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in B2C inside sales or tele-sales.

- Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication.

- Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards.

- Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner).
