- *Job Summary**:

nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for managing procurement activities along with day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires strong coordination with vendors, cost control, and accurate financial record maintenance.n
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle end-to-end procurement: vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships
- Process invoices, verify bills, and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation
- Assist in GST filing, reconciliations, and basic compliance
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare reports on purchases, expenses,



and cost analysis
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel Solid negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in trading/interior/construction materials industry Knowledge of GST and vendor management
