What Youll Do*
Architect scalable healthcare workflows and AI-assisted systems
Design resilient, real-time, event-driven backend systems
Lead technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers.
Own deployment, security, and performance optimization
Contribute to long-term platform architecture
Required Skills*
3+ years of full-stack or platform engineering experience
Deep expertise in TypeScript (mandatory)
Robust hands-on experience with:
React / Next.js
Node.js / Fastify
PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, performance tuning)
Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, MQTT, Redis Pub/Sub)
Robust Linux deployment knowledge (PM2, process management)




Experience implementing secure auth flows (OAuth2, Keycloak, RBAC)
Ability to explain architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly.
Strongly Preferred*
Experience with FHIR R4 / HL7
Experience using production grade RAG or agentic frameworks LLMs ( LangChain.js OpenAI-compatible APIs)
Experience designing event-driven or distributed systems
Security & compliance awareness (HIPAA / EMR / ABDM concepts)
Bonus*
IoMT or medical device protocol experience
Observability stack experience (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics)
Dabbling with LLMs and other ML models
Prior healthcare startup experience
