Role Summary*

nThe Sales & Marketing Executive will handle end-to-end client engagement — from handling enquiries and preparing techno-commercial quotations to following up, negotiating, and closing orders. The role also includes CRM maintenance, documentation coordination with the technical team, and support for marketing and networking activities.n
Education:* Graduate (Any stream)
Language:* English & Marathi / Hindi — Good communication skills mandatory
Location:* Hadapsar, Pune
Experience*

n2–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketingn

Experience in Industrial / Technical / Construction / MEP field preferred

Knowledge of preparing quotations & client follow-ups is mandatory

Key Responsibilities*
Sales & Client Handling*
Handle incoming enquiries (phone / email / website)
Coordinate with clients for requirement understanding
Prepare and send techno-commercial quotations
Regular follow-up with clients
Negotiate and close orders




Maintain customer relationship database
Documentation & Coordination*
Prepare proposals, quotations & comparison sheets
Coordinate with technical team for BOQ & pricing
Maintain follow-up tracker
Update CRM / Excel sheets
Marketing Support*
Assist in exhibitions & networking events
Coordinate with consultants, builders & contractors
Digital marketing coordination (added advantage)
Skills Required*
Valuable communication skills (English & Marathi / Hindi)
Solid follow-up & persuasion ability
Basic technical understanding (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email drafting
Target-oriented & confident personality
