Job Description

HR MIS & Analytics: Maintain and update HR Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare regular HR dashboards and analytics for leadership review.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and organisational HR compliance requirements. Assist in audits and maintain records as per regulatory guidelines.
Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for current hires, including documentation, induction, and background verification. Ensure smooth transition for employees joining the centre.
Talent Management MIS: Manage and track talent management data such as performance appraisals, learning & development,



and succession planning. Support HR team in talent reviews and related analytics.
Employee Records & Support: Maintain accurate employee records and provide support for HR queries. Assist with HR operational tasks as required.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external agencies to deliver HR services efficiently.

Location: Kolkata, Global Capability Centre

Required Skills: Solid analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems, attention to detail, knowledge of HR compliance, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Exp , Qualification - MBA -HR, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work exp.
