Required Skills & Qualifications

n

 3–5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital media agency.

n

 Strong understanding of digital media planning and campaign execution.

n

 Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.

n

 Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

n

 Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

n

 Adept with excel, power point and should have a strong knowledge of AI tools.

n

 Comfortable working with performance reports, data, and campaign insights.

n

 Experience handling client-facing presentations and discussions independently. Key Responsibilities

n

Client Management

n

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build solid, long-term relationships.

n

Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

n

Lead regular client communication including campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic discussions. Media Planning & Execution

n





Collaborate with internal media teams to develop data-driven media strategies and plans as well as critically examine them.

n

Oversee the execution of digital and/or integrated media campaigns across platforms.

n

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client KPIs.  Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

n

Track campaign performance and ensure optimization opportunities are identified.

n

Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients in a explicit and compelling manner.  Project Management

n

Coordinate with partner agencies, publishers, clients, creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

n

Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.  Business Growth

n

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through current initiatives, media innovations, or campaign opportunities.

n
