Overview of the Role

The Process Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer operations within the Order-to-Cash domain. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements. The role directly contributes to operational efficiency and enhances client satisfaction, supporting the company's objective to deliver world-class solutions and services.





Detailed Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

- Solid written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.
- MBA, MA, MSC 2026 (Candidates can be able to join with in March only can Apply).

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Arts & Science
- No BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply
