- *Position Overview:**
nThe Clinical Psychologist will work under the Department of Psychiatry to provide psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions for patients. The role is **non-medical** and focuses on clinical services, academic support, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination, strictly as permitted under NMC regulations.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed psychological assessments including intelligence testing, personality assessment, and neuropsychological evaluations.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests and psychometric tools.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy for psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
- Assist psychiatrists in diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, and patient follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive psychological case records, reports,
and documentation as per hospital policy.
- Participate in ward rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings under Psychiatry.
- Support academic activities in Behavioral Sciences and Psychiatry for MBBS students as permitted by NMC norms.
- Assist in clinical research, data collection, and academic publications under departmental guidance.
- Participate in community mental health programs, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities organized by the institution.
- Ensure ethical practice, patient confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct at all times.
- Assist in departmental documentation, audits, and inspection preparedness for NMC and quality standards.
- Follow institutional SOPs, policies, and reporting structures strictly.

- **Qualification: PHD in Clinical Psychology**
- **Registration:**
nMandatory **Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)** registrationn
- **Experience:**
