Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Kolkata for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying and onboarding potential clients, building solid relationships with developers, and assisting buyers throughout their property purchase journey. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, providing expert guidance, negotiating sales deals,
and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
Knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and client needs analysis
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for resolving challenges effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly desirable
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
