- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
- Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Team Management: 3 to 5 members
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Financial Reporting: Review divisional financial results in compliance with Minimum Control Standards (MCS), manage month-end closing activities, and produce monthly reporting packs. This includes inventory valuations, product costing, and EBIT report analysis.
- Financial Planning & Analytics: Provide analytical support to improve financial performance and execute key components of the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Governance & Controls: Support annual internal and statutory audits, participate in MCS sign-offs, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process Improvement:



Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support RPA or automation projects within RTR.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for divisional R2R matters and collaborate with international finance teams to share best practices.
- Team Development: Responsible for the career development of direct reports performing management accountant roles.
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- CA/ CMA qualified
- Min 6+ yrs exp
- Must have worked in a people managing role
- Must have worked in plant finance and inventory related accounting
- Must have excellent communication skills (will be closely working with global stakeholders)
