Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will welcome and assist visitors, manage phone inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.



The individual will also handle receptionist duties, maintain the front desk's organisation, and ensure a positive and professional environment for clients and staff. Experience working with a women's wear brand is preferable.

Qualifications
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and front desk management
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment usage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
