Job Summary*

nAmir's Production House is looking for a smart and creative Receptionist cum Design Assistant to handle front office operations along with basic design support using Canva and AI tools.n

This role is ideal for candidates who are valuable at communication and also interested in creative digital work.

Key Responsibilities* Front Office & Reception Duties
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
Manage appointments and client coordination
Maintain office records, visitor logs, and basic documentation
Ensure a clean and qualified front office environment

nBasic Design & Creative Supportn
Create simple social media posts using Canva / AI tools
Assist in designing posters, reels thumbnails, and ads
Edit basic images and update content as required
Support marketing team with quick creatives
Follow brand guidelines for all designs

nCoordination & Supportn
Coordinate with design and marketing team
Assist in client communication and follow-ups
Support day-to-day office and marketing tasks
Skills & Requirements*




Good communication skills in Malayalam & English (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
Familiarity with Canva / AI tools (preferred, training can be provided)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Interest in creative/design work
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Qualification*
Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two
Freshers can apply
Experience in receptionist / office admin / basic design is a plus
