About the Role

Sourcingo Private Limited is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our growing team across hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real HR work, including recruitment, coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, coordination)

Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews

Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Help maintain employee records and HR data

Assist in improving internal processes and team engagement

What We're Looking For





Robust communication and organizational skills

Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently

Proactive attitude and attention to detail

Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
