We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 5 years of professional expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and skilled at working across diverse teams and time zones. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake , SQL, and Jira, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all data handled.
- Work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support continuous improvement of BI processes, tools,



and data pipelines.
- Utilize Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate across projects.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (advanced dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
- Familiarity with Jira for project and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into explicit narratives.
- Proven track record of collaboration, responsibility, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work with international teams across different time zones.
- Background in nonprofit organizations or fundraising data is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (formulas, macros).
